DOVER — On Monday at approximately 12:48 p.m., state troopers assigned to the Troop A barracks responded to Route 16 (Spaulding Turnpike) in the city of Dover for a motorcycle crash with serious injury.

Troopers determined that a 2013 Harley Davidson driven by Jason Emerzian, 44, of Exeter had been traveling south along Route 16, and for reasons that remain under investigation lost control of the motorcycle and struck the center median guardrail.
