RANDOLPH — The owners of the Massachusetts trucking company that employed Volodymyr Zhukovskyy — the driver charged in the so-called "Fallen 7" collision that caused the deaths of seven motorcyclists in June 2019 — have been indicted in federal court in Springfield, Mass., close to two years after the fatal crash.
Westfield Transport President Dartanayan Gasanov, 35, was indicted Feb. 26 on one count of falsifying records.
