FRYEBURG, Maine — Republican congressional hopeful Eddie Edwards promised at an event last Friday to pursue term limits if elected and vowed to do his best not to let his constituents down.

The Constitutional Awareness Pact, a civics group created by two local teenagers, held its third annual convention on Friday at the American Legion building on Bradley Street. About 30 people, including families with children, attended.
