CONWAY — Selectmen suspect the town will be spending far more on welfare than the customarily budgeted $60,000. Meanwhile, the town manager hopes to supplement the town's assistance funds with proceeds from casino revenue and bell ringing in December.

As of the end of October, the town has spent $90,000 in 2025 due to increased demand.
