BARTLETT — A New Hampshire couple who were on a kayak trip was rescued unharmed from the Saco River Sunday afternoon by members of the Swift Water Rescue Team.

Jim Langdon, assistant chief of the Bartlett Fire Department, said the Bartlett Fire Department was called at about 3:06 p.m. Sunday, a day that saw temperatures hit the high 80s.
