OSSIPEE — Carroll County Commissioners Wednesday were mum about the apparent end of county administrator Ken Robichaud’s employment.
Melissa Seamans, recording secretary to the commissioners and the state representatives who make up the delegation, said Monday that “the county currently does not have a county administrator.
