CONWAY — The highly anticipated federal court trial involving Leavitt’s Country Bakery and the town of Conway has been rescheduled from Nov. 6, the day after the presidential election, to Feb. 12 and 13, 2025.

The dispute centers on a mural created by Kennett High School art students, which Leavitt’s claims depicts baked goods on the front of its building.
