CONWAY — The planning board is looking for ways to walk back proposed regulations that would allow owner-occupied short-term rentals only in residential zones.

They believe the proposed change could lead to a costly court fight.

Looks like its time to elect a new planning board.

The people have spoken.

Abolish STR's ! Don't backpedal.

If the elected planning board doesn't want to hear it vote them out !

If the judges don't make the right call honoring the peoples wishes, when the greedy STR owners bring court action upon us, vote them out.

Do not let a tiny portion of people representing greedy STR owners hold us all hostage.

STR's in commercial areas only is a fair compromise. NO STR's in residential areas, our nieghborhoods are sacred, and our wishes should be honored.
