CONWAY — For most of the 80 voters who attended the Conway School Deliberative Meeting at Kennett High School on Monday night, it took them longer to drive to the school than to complete the actual meeting, which lasted less than 13 minutes, making it the quickest deliberative session since the town adopted the SB 2 form of government in 1996.

“I think this is the shortest meeting that I’ve ever presided over,” School Moderator Chris Meier said.
