CONWAY — Two Conway residents are being held in the Carroll County Department of Corrections after being charged May 9 with felony-level possession of controlled drugs (over 400 grams of suspected heroin/fentanyl) with the intent to distribute at the Green Granite Hotel in North Conway.
Manuel Gomes, aged 34, and Heaven Hebert, 32, both face “considerable prison time” if convicted, according to Conway Police Chief Chris Mattei.
