CONWAY — Town officials say there may be a way to avoid a multimillion-dollar lawsuit from casino developers who were denied a rehearing by the Conway Zoning Board of Adjustment on Wednesday.

Dick Anagnost and business partner Stefan Huba want to turn the former Tiney’s grocery in Conway into a restaurant with charitable gaming, including table games and electronic machines. The name will be Revo, which he told the Sun evokes the concept of the American Revolution.
