CONWAY — The Conway Municipal Budget Committee is making a list of recommendation to bring to the Conway School Board on Jan. 22. Among them is exploring a seventh-through-12th-grade school.

Thinking further outside the box, one budgeteer suggested turning Kennett Middle School into apartments.
