CONWAY — “I think we should all vote this down,” Mike DiGregorio said at Monday’s Conway School Board meeting when the board was asked to accept a request by Dale Anderson, the school district’s technology coordinator for the past 20 years, to retire next month. “This is going to be a big, big loss for us.”

Anderson, 64, of Conway has been with the district since Nov. 24, 2005 and in education for 41 years. He submitted a letter of retirement, effective Jan. 30, 2026.
