JACKSON — Black Mountain’s 90th birthday and end-of-year celebration on May 3 was billed as being a festive and rowdy occasion, and while the day was a great success and drew a big crowd, a slew of issues suggests that after selectmen review the event, any future events might be a bit tamer.

Selectman Barbara Campbell told the Sun on Monday the board won’t be reviewing the matter at its next meeting May 13 because Police Chief Chris Perley will be out of town that day and would not be able to attend, but said they will discuss it when all involved parties can be there.
