CONWAY — A Bartlett man who had been waiting in Memorial Hospital's emergency room for 26 days for psychiatric treatment was finally admitted to the state hospital on Monday, his mother and legal guardian said.

On Aug. 7, Debbie Taylor of Bartlett, mother of Scott Johnstone, 29, told the Sun her son was given an involuntary emergency admission into Memorial’s Hospital on July 17. She is his guardian.
