OSSIPEE — The Carroll County Superior Court civil lawsuit by a Massachusetts man who took Attitash Bear Peak Resort to court after breaking his neck while jumping on the resort's an airbag attraction ended in a hung jury.
A jury trial regarding the case began in Carroll County Superior Court on April 16 and ended April 19. The jury deadlocked on April 23. The jury was made up of eight women and six men. There were two alternates.
