CONWAY — The Eastern Slope Regional Airport Authority has postponed its vote, originally set for next week, on changing its bylaws because the group failed to properly notify member towns.

Meanwhile, Bartlett Selectman/Speaker of the New Hampshire House Gene Chandler said the proposed change is making him rethink whether local and state funds should be used for the Fryeburg, Maine airport.
