CONWAY — It wasn't quite the lottery but Mark Hounsell and John Skelton were the lucky winners of sorts last week. The two members of the Conway School Board had their names pulled from a box to become Conway's representatives to serve on the SAU 9 Assistant Superintendent Search Committee.
