The following cases are from the Third Circuit Court in Conway for the week of Sept. 9, 2013:

Harland L. Eastman, 52, of Conway, was fined $350 and sentenced to nine days in jail after he pleaded guilty to criminal threatening. Two simple assault complaints were placed on file without finding provided one year good behavior. He also pleaded guilty to reckless conduct, for which he was fined $500 and sentenced to 13 days in jail. He was also fined $350 after he pleaded guilty to marijuana possession and $500 after he pleaded guilty to reckless driving. His license was suspended for 60 days. Eastman was also sentenced to four months in jail, all but 20 days suspended provided two years good behavior, after he pleaded guilty to breach of bail. An attempted violation of protective order complaint and a second breach of bail complaint were placed on file without finding provided two years good behavior.
