Darrell Sheets‘ autopsy report has shed new light on the Storage Wars star’s death, including whether or not drugs played a part in his passing.

According to Us Weekly, which obtained a copy of the autopsy report, the toxicology analysis came back negative. Blood samples were taken and tested for benzos, cocaine, fentanyl, and other substances. No drugs were found in his system.
