CONWAY — A 1,763-square-foot, condominium unit at Kearsarge Brook II Unit 355 in North Conway was sold by CMR Properties LLC to Lookout 355 LLC of Concord, Mass., for $1,425,000 on Dec. 30.

This three-bedroom, three-bath home, built in 2024 as part of the new condominium complex at Cranmore Mountain Resort, features an open-concept kitchen, living and dining area and two-story windows looking out over the northwest side of the property. Homeowner association fees are $818 per month. Interior features include a gas fireplace, electric ductless heating and cooling, washer and dryer, and stainless steel Energy Star-rated kitchen appliances.
