Mrs. Violet M. (Hazlett) Henderson, 88, of Meredith, formerly of Port Richey, Fla., passed away Friday, Sept.18, 2009, at Golden View Health Care Center after a period of declining health. She is the loving wife of the late Wilbur Everett Henderson.

Born in Cambridge, Mass. on April 18, 1921, she was daughter to Charles and Isabel (Hetherington) Hazlett. A graduate of Arlington High School in Arlington, Mass., she stayed in contact throughout her lifetime with many of her friends. She was involved in many groups at school and also played field hockey.
