Rocco Peter Grasso, age 67 years, died in the Maine Medical Center on Friday, Sept. 21, 2007. He was born in Norwood, Mass., on July 1, 1940, to his parents John and Frances (Cassetti) Grasso. He had been living in North Conway for the past 11 years, coming from Attleboro, Mass.He worked for the past 50 years as a plasterer with Morgan & Grasso Plastering, and later for his own company, Grasso Plastering.Mr. Grasso enjoyed hunting, fishing and flea markets, but especially enjoyed the time with his family.He was the beloved husband of Faith Grasso; loving father of Dianne Brite of California, John Grasso of Norton, Mass., Rosemarie Houlihan of Florida, Tammy Grasso of Foxboro, Mass., Charlie Grasso of Rhode Island, and Rocco Grasso of New Hampshire; cherished grandfather of 11; great-grandfather of three; brother of Lorenda Clark of Foxboro, Mass., Raphael Grasso of Templeton, Mass., Jean Mattson of Walpole, Mass., Mary Laracy of Foxboro, Patsy McCoy of Norwood, Mass., Daniel Grasso of Norwood, the late Gabriel Costanza, the late Christine McMahon, the late Rosemary Grasso, and the late John "Mike" Grasso. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the funeral service that will be held in the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home on Wednesday, Sept. 26, at 10 a.m. Visiting hours were Tuesday, Sept. 25. Interment is private.
