SUNAPEE — The New Hampshire Association of Counties presented Sen. Jeb Bradley with its 2018 Legislator of the Year Award on Sept. 18 at the Sunapee Mountain Resort.

Bradley was given the award for his work to reform New Hampshire’s managed care law to ensure that nursing home patients continue to be admitted and cared for under the auspices of county-run and administered nursing homes rather than a managed care organization.
