JACKSON — Jackson Public Library will be presenting "Hidden History: Busting the Puritan Myth" with Olga Morrill on Sunday, Aug. 12, at 7 p.m.

This is a discussion based on the research for Morrill's "Vagabond Quakers: Northern Colonies" that will explore our preconceptions of puritans, quakers and the events that occurred during the 1660s. This period of colonial American history has been largely shrouded in obscurity.
