TAMWORTH — All are invited to come and learn more about the Juneteenth national holiday and its traditions on Wednesday, June 19, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Cook Memorial Library at 93 Main St. in Tamworth.

This family event will be held outside, weather permitting. There will be stories, history, music and some traditional Juneteenth food sampling. A few volunteer cooks might be needed.
