FRYEBURG, Maine — Jane Kneeland Smith passed away at the age of 85, surrounded by her family members.

Jane loved her family, her friends and the church family with her whole heart. She was known as Daughter, Sister, Wife, Mom, Nurse, Nana, G.G. and Christian Sister. She wore these titles with great honor. She loved cooking and the process of preparing dinner for her family and friends around a well-set table. She was known to be planning dinner at breakfast time, and by 5:30 p.m., all were welcomed around her table.
