Jacob McConkey

Jacob Marc McConkey was born Oct. 9, 1992, at Memorial Hospital in North Conway, N.H., and passed away June 27, 2024, at Maine Medical in Portland, Maine. Jake was 31 years young and resided in Freedom, N.H.

Jake grew up in Ossipee, N.H., next door to his grandparents' home in Skandia Estates. Educated in Ossipee, he attended both Kingswood and Kennett High School when we moved to Freedom. But make no mistake, Jake proudly referred to himself as an "O Town" boy.
