Marian (Savage) Dubel, 76, of Mirror Lake, died April 23 at Huggins Hospital in Wolfeboro. Born Feb. 20, 1926, in Stamford, Conn., daughter of the late Henry and Corrine (Rhinehart) Savage, she has lived in Mirror Lake since 1963, previously living in the Sarasota and Bradenton, Fla., area for seven years and being raised in Fairfield, Conn.Mrs. Dubel was a self-employed bookkeeper for many years and most recently worked as a tour guide for Castle in the Clouds in Moultonborough. She was a communicant of St. Cecilia's Church in Wolfeboro, a long-standing president for the Helping Hand Association of Mirror Lake, and a member of the Wolfeboro Senior Citizens.Predeceased by her husband, Charles P. Dubel, in 1996, she leaves a son, Mark Dubel of Mirror Lake; two daughters, Corrine Smith of Wolfeboro and Charlene Watson of Madison; a sister, Jean Kish of Bradenton, Fla.; 13 grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.Calling hours will be 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday, April 28, at the Baker-Gagne Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 85 Mill Street, Wolfeboro.A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Monday at St. Cecilia's Church in Wolfeboro.
