ALBANY — Jackson is home to two outstanding fine artists, Lauren Sansaricq and Erik Koeppel, who with masterful stroke, capture the breathtaking majesty of nature.

In the tradition of the Hudson River School, their work captures the essence of light and dramatic landscape. They will speak about their artistic process and answer questions at the next Tin Mountain Conservation Center’s nature program, “The How’s and Why’s of Traditional Outdoor Painting,” on Thursday, Jan. 4, at 7 p.m. at the Tin Mountain Nature Learning Center, at 1245 Bald Hill Road, in Albany.
