FRYEBURG, Maine — Fryeburg Academy is pleased to announce the launch of the inaugural Dirigo Speaker Series, a new annual program that will bring accomplished voices from the worlds of journalism, athletics, literature, media and public life to western Maine for engaging conversations that inform, challenge and inspire.

Hosted at Fryeburg Academy’s Leura Hill Eastman Performing Arts Center, the series will feature four distinguished speakers between September 2026 and June 2027. Designed for audiences who value thoughtful discussion and lifelong learning, the Dirigo Speaker Series aims to create meaningful opportunities for community engagement through ideas, stories and shared experiences.
