CONWAY — Bryon Carr will be offering "No Fear Watercolor" on Friday, July 9, from 6 to 8 p.m., Saturday, July 10, from 9 a.m. 4 p.m. and Sunday, July 11, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Mount Washington Valley Visual Arts Center at 16 Norcross Place in North Conway Village. The Mount Washington Valley Visual Arts Center the home of the Mount Washington Valley Arts Association.

In "No Fear Watercolor," Bryon Carr will teach students how to get past the fear of failing and understand that learning watercolor painting is actually easy. Bryon will provide numerous demonstrations of techniques, such as slopping, splashing, scraping and squirting paint to create a realistic painting, then allow students to try their hand at them. Students may bring their own photographs to work from and are asked to please leave their fear at home. For this three day workshop there is a $160 fee for members and $180 fee for non-members. This workshop is for all abilities and students from teens to adults are welcome.
