Arthur E. “Buddy” Maude, 85, of Center Conway, died July 29, 2009 at the Memorial Hospital in North Conway. Born in Natick, Mass., the son of Milton and Rose (Fairbanks) Maude, he grew up in Natick and lived in Framingham, Mass. over 50 years prior to moving to Center Conway in 1998.

Mr. Maude was a veteran of World War II and served with the Army-Air Corps. He had worked in Vin’s Package Store and the Town Line Liquor Store while in Framingham. Buddy was an avid football fan, golfer and he enjoyed traveling and spending time with his family.
