The 6.5-acre, 39-unit mobile home community located behind Eastern Mountain Sports plus seven vacant lots was sold June 30 by Top Notch estate Planning Revocable Trust of Jackson to a newly-formed group of park residents, Mt. CONWAY — Residents of the 6.5-acre Mt. Washington Valley Mobile Home Village off of Sawmill Lane in North Conway behind Eastern Mountain Sports have purchased it for $1.8 million.

Residents of the newly-formed  Mt. Washington Valley Cooperative, Inc., a nonprofit cooperative of park residents, worked through the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund’s ROC-NH (resident owned communities) program to buy the park, making it New Hampshire’s 147th resident-owned manufactured-home community (ROC).
