CONWAY — Settlers Green developer Rob Barsamian’s 243-unit housing project proposed to be built on 16 acres behind Northway Plaza received unanimous conditional approval from the Conway Planning Board on July 13.

The Settlers Common project will include 15 townhouses to be offered for sale at market value and 228 rental units.

So much for a quaint mountain valley town.

If we wanted to live in the city we wouldve bought in manchester.
