BARTLETT — The Red Parka Challenge Cup Committee gathered one last time Sunday to present a check for $50,000 to the Eastern Slope Ski Club board of directors.
A portion of race proceeds will be earmarked to secure the future of the Red Parka Junior Challenge Cup Race, which takes place annually in February at Attitash Ski Resort and serves as the Middle School State Championship.
