To The Editor:

Today (Friday, June 27, 2025) the Supreme Court went a long way to reestablishing the Founders’ Constitution and not the Progressive “living” constitution as the foundation upon which government in America is defined and limited. The tyrannical Progressive District Court judges can no longer go out of their lane and usurp Executive Branch powers for themselves; a no, no under the Constitution but allowed under the Progressive “living” constitution. Despite their verbal gymnastics, the Progressive judges are not allowed to make it up as they go along and certainly not out of their district.
