Fryeburg Water District receives donations to aid in start-up

Trustees of the newly-formed Fryeburg Water District announced that funding was recently obtained from two sources.A start-up donation of $3,000 was received from Dearborn Precision Tubular Products Inc. Located in Fryeburg for more than 40 years, Dearborn Precision Tubular Products Inc. maintains strong ties and commitment to the Fryeburg community.A $3,000 matching grant was also received from the Oxford County Fund (County Program), under the auspices of the Community Building Program and the statewide organization Maine Community Foundation. The Oxford County Fund was established to support non-profits serving specific geographic locations in Maine to build stronger Maine communities.
