FA Alpine. - Seniors

The Fryeburg Academy alpine team is scheduled to host the Western Maine Alpine Championship a Pleasant Mountain on Thursday at 10 a.m. The Fryeburg boys are eager to defend their title, while the FA girls will look to improve on last year’s third-place finish. BRIDGTON, Maine — The Fryeburg Academy boys’ and girls’ alpine teams continued their red-hot skiing on the slopes on Monday night by winning a slalom race on their home course at Pleasant Mountain in Bridgton.

The race was a final tuneup for Coach Sam Dyer’s Raiders, as the boys will look to defend their Western Maine Conference Championship at Pleasant Mountain on Thursday at 10 a.m.
