CONWAY — The Kennett High girls’ basketball team got defensive on the road in Concord on Tuesday night and that led to 44-38 victory over Bishop Brady. It was the first time in a decade the Eagles have topped the Green Giants.

“It’s always a tough place to play down there,” said Larry Meader, Eagles’ head coach. “I know we haven’t won there in a while. Credit to the girls, they executed the game-plan to perfection.”
