CONWAY — The Kennett High softball team was four outs away from a spot in the Division II state championship game last Wednesday night — but Coe-Brown Northwood Academy had other ideas.

The No. 8 seeded Bears scored two runs in the bottom of the sixth inning with two outs to come from behind to edge the No. 13 seeded girls from Conway 4-3 on the campus of Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester in an exciting semifinal contest.
