FRYEBURG — The second annual Raider’s Rumble 5K, which again featured a pirate theme on Saturday, attracted a talented field of 51 runners and walkers. The event is a major fundraiser for the Fryeburg Academy track and field programs.
Jet Richardson, 15, of Carrollton, Ga., won the race in a blistering time of 17:59, while Maria Manning, 45, of Fryeburg, took top honors for the women and placed third overall in 20:28, in field of 42 runners.
