BRIDGTON, Maine — Bridgton Highlands Golf and Tennis hosted its final tennis tournament of the 2019 season last weekend, Sept. 14-15. The annual Harvest Hills Mixed Doubles Tennis Tournament fundraiser event had a full field of 18 teams, which included a total of 36 players.
The tennis players had to battle the rainy weather on Saturday, which pushed the tournament to conclude on Sunday, Sept. 15. Despite the rain, the players kept a positive attitude and a high level of tennis throughout.
