We all sabotage ourselves in one way or another. It could be the quick stop at the doughnut shop on our way to the office, or the purchase of that adorable knick-knack we just couldn’t do without. Sticking to a path or resolution is tough and the stakes are no higher than when you’re selling your home.

Today’s article goes a bit beyond the standard de-cluttering conversation for showings. It will also digs a bit deeper than just your run-of-the-mill “curb appeal.” Today, we’re going to pick on a few spots that are sneaky-bad and could be turning off buyers before they even finish the tour.
