The state plans to improve the Routes 113/16 and Wildwood Road intersection by Coleman’s in Albany at a cost of $7.6 million. Not widely known to the public, it is a project that was scrubbed but will be reinstated.  It is an intersection that now has a stop sign for traffic joining Route 16 from Route 113, but once slowed traffic with just a yield sign.
