President Donald Trump has done a 180-degree turn on his view of the war in Ukraine. Until recently, many conservatives were against continuing to support Ukraine with armaments, and Trump signaled that he was willing to cede Russian-occupied parts of Ukraine, about 20 percent of the country. Now he says Russia’s economy is in terrible shape and that Ukraine can win the war.
