The House voted for it, and President Donald Trump likes it. Now it's up to the Senate to enact year-round Daylight Saving Time. Instead of "falling back" in the fall, clocks would remain unchanged. That means it would be dark one hour longer in the mornings and stay light an extra hour in the evening.
