CONWAY — Aside from voting on a slew of contested races next Tuesday, voters will be asked to weigh in on ballot question No. 2, known as the school tax cap question.

On Monday, the Conway School Board moved its meeting to the Loynd Auditorium in anticipation of a larger than normal crowd for the purpose of explaining the ballot question. However, only three citizens who do not regularly attend school meetings turned out for the 35-minute presentation.
