To the editor:

There is a zoning board meeting this Thursday, Oct. 15, at the Bartlett Town Hall at 6 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to approve the request by the owner of the 20-acre parcel of land at the juncture of Rts. 16 and 302 in Bartlett to get a special exception to permit the owner to run a gravel pit for the next 10-plus years and ultimately build a commercial/residential facility.
