Carroll County RSVP has an urgent need for Volunteer Medical Transportation Drivers. RSVP tries to fill every ride request from elderly clients, but the demand for rides presently exceeds the supply of volunteer drivers. If you have a few hours a week and are willing to share your time and vehicle to help meet the medical transportation needs of the elderly in our community —give us a call. Based on your preference, you may provide local trips close in your community or long-distance trips to Concord; Dover; Manchester; Portsmouth; Rochester; Somersworth; Scarborough, Maine; Portland, Maine; or Boston. Volunteer drivers are reimbursed for miles driven to assist elderly in getting to medical appointments.
